The article discuses 2016 trademark law decisions of the Federal Circuit. Topics include the JBLU, Inc. v. United States, wherein the Federal Circuit reversed the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) to hold that the term "trademark;" the Romag Fasteners, Inc. v. Fossil, Inc., in which court considered an appeal from a decision of the U.S. District Court; and the Christian Faith Fellowship Church v. Adidas AG,101 the Federal Circuit reaffirmed the broad meaning of "use in commerce." |
