Abstrakt:	Reports on treatment of travelers' diarrhea (TD) among Austrian tourists. Survey of Austrian tourists who sought treatment at the Institute of Hygiene of the University of Graz; Self-treatments used by the patients while they were abroad, including hydration, probiotics, antimotility agents, antibiotics, electrolyte solutions, adsorbants, and astringents; Conclusion that most cases of TD are not being treated according to national or international recommendations.
