Abstrakt:	The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old female with polyacrylamide (PAA) gel augmentation mammoplasty, suffering from bilateral mastalgia, breast ultrasound examination was conducted which revealed multiple septa. It notes the complications regarding the polyacrylamide gel injection, fibroglandular atrophy, and breast abnormalities caused by dystrophic calcifications.
