| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the record-keeping and reporting requirements under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), which provides scientific and technical information about chemicals, which the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) uses to evaluate risks and determine if regulation is required. The TSCA also authorizes the EPA to obtain information on chemical risks if it finds the existing information insufficient, and provides protection over confidentiality and disclosure of information. |
