In this article we consider foresight methods. Particular attention is paid to qualitative methods. The objective of the study was to analyze the qualitative foresight methods. Analyzed are foresight methods. The mechanism of using foresight methods is described. It should be noted that in the foresight only one method is almost never used. Analyzed are the main qualitative foresight methods. It is concluded that in today's unstable and dynamic world qualitative foresight methods due to their specific aspects have certain advantages over other methods of researching of the future. It is shown that it is due to the qualitative foresight methods that the future is possible not only to forecast but also to design effectively. It is emphasized that now, using qualitative methods in carrying out foresight researches, futurologists rely not only on the opinions of experts but also on the thoughts of a wide range of people interested in the foresight. The methodological bases of the study are generalization method, principle of system analysis and method of comparative analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
