Abstrakt: The impulse transfer or amount of movement is important in phenomena of separating semi-solid food materials by the occurrence of movement phenomena inside it. This paper proposes application of operation of physical separation and gravity on a semi-solid lipid model food, fluid, imposed conditions (homogenization, duration, temperature) in physical and mechanical forces.
