The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old man presented with lower limb myalgia and diagnosed with an isolated lower limb medium-large vessel vasculitis. Topics discussed include elective endoluminal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair, elevated inflammatory markers shown by blood tests, and the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) in the diagnosis of vasculitis. |
