The article presents case studies of 46-year-old male and 48-year-old male diagnosed with lesions on upper and lower back, biopsy displaying the spreading of melanoma, and prescribed with weekly dosage of sildenafil. The article discusses the impact of dilated vessels on the risk of melanoma, the importance of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, and the treatment of metastatic melanomas. |
