Investigates the hypothesis that night eaters have an overexpressed hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis with an attenuated response to stress. Relation between night eating syndrome and plasma concentration of melatonin and leptin and cortisol; Measurement of plasma concentrations of adrenocorticotropic hormone and cortisol. |
