Abstrakt: The article discusses the relationship between the U.S. government's regulation of pornography, the rule of law and the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court obscenity case "Miller v. California." The aspects of U.S. constitutional law concerning the "Miller" case, including in regard to the constitutional requirements for obscenity conviction, are discussed.
