Abstrakt: The article offers information on a study concerning mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway that could be modified by small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO) proteins during influenza A Virus infection. Topics discussed include isolation and enrichment of SUMOylated proteins; extracellular signal–regulated kinase (ERK) pathway; and extraction of total ribonucleic acid (RNA) using Trizol reagent.
