The article reports on the #MeToo movement which has put the U.S. employers on high alert for sexual harassment in the workplace wherein organizations quickly recirculated their anti-harassment policies and complaint procedures. Discussed are the tips on preventing sexual harassment from three experts such as to stop the bullying, to take the lead in preventing sexual harassment and to take a shorter training once a year. |
