The article offers tips on yoga practices to follow at home that will help one build midback health. It is said that home is the place where one will learn to move at his/her own pace, listen and respond to the body. One can explore the exquisite relationship between the body and the breath and life itself when practicing yoga at home. Some of the poses discussed here include the Dolphin Pose, the Chair Pose and the Revolved Side Angle Pose. |
