The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old former female smoker tender erythematous plaque on the left eye. Topics discussed include treatment of T2N2 cM0 IVA human papillomavirus-negative squamous cell carcinoma of the left tonsil; results of medical tests such as 3,5 cmerythematous and plaque with polymorphous blood vessels on dermoscopy and an ecchymotic area in the upper eyelid with a monocle distribution pattern; and information on the complications of erythematous plaque. |
