Abstrakt:	The article presents case studies of two women with polyhydramnios and fetal cardiomegaly. Also includes risk of parenchymal ischemic lesions with vein of Galen aneurysmal malformation (VGAM), and diagnosis of capillary malformation-arteriovenous malformation (CM-AVM) syndrome through Doppler ultrasound.
