Abstrakt: The article represents current trends and imperatives in managerial education. First of all it considers the two paradigms of management: "Management as a Science" and "Management as an Art". These approaches assume distinct sets of forms, methods and tools of training. The authors substantiate the necessity of their combination, try to develop an integral model for managerial education. The second issue is connected with shift in managerial tasks: development is now more important than maintenance, keeping success means adaptation to turbulent environment, being agile, change proactive. So, we focus on system dynamics (we manage not static, but dynamic organization), development of change management competencies. The next important issue is gender segregation at all levels of management. Inclusion of the gender-related courses and trainings connected with social and economic necessity of equal rights and opportunities for women and men is critical factor too. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
