Severe and recurrent levamisole‐induced cutaneous vasculopathy.

Abstrakt: The article presents the case of a 32-year-old male who consulted for a painful ulcerated and necrotic violaceous plaque. Lesions had hemorrhagic blisters and peripheral retiform extension. He had neither fever nor systemic manifestations. Histological studies showed small and medium vessel vasculitis with fibrinoid necrosis and vascular thrombosis.
