The purpose of the article is to consider the influence of communicative factors on intensification of political protest. Conditions of politicizing of communication are separated. Problems of protesters' identification are considered. Peculiarities of Internet text are considered. Distinctive features of information policies in Ukraine and in foreign states are compared. Assets and faults of social networks as a political protest mobilization instrument are considered. A special attention to state regulation of political mobilization in Internet is paid. Peculiarities of protest intentions spread are analyzed using examples of Belarus, Iran, Russia and Chile. The problem of balance between human rights defense and political and law stability is risen. It is proved that mass media play a crucial role in intensification of political protest.
