Is examined world-system conception of tendencies of globalization and its critical analysis of modern model of liberal ideology of development. The modern global social system is a complex and multidimensional system, and the available theoretical models of this social system are incomplete. The conceptual models of the modern global social system, developed within world- systems analysis, are compared in the issue. The author comes to the conclusion that these approaches utilize differing criteria of distinguishing of social systems, and as a result, they study the modern global social system in different nevertheless comparable structural dimensions. As a conclusion, it is suggested to apply the achievements of both approaches as complementary. The frames of society are analysed as subjects of community development and historical process, their levels and forms. Influence of tendencies of globalization and internationalization is examined on modern societies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
