The problem of moral regulation of a memorial protection activity, work practices, individual museum and museum corporations at all increasingly appears on the agenda for the protection of historical, cultural and nature heritage of humanity. The problem solving has come a long historical period that has several stages. The first international conventions have built in the end of the 19th century - at the beginning of the 20th century. It could moderate the behavior of the belligerents in military conflicts for conservation historical and cultural heritage. Since those times they have been making a lot in the national corporation and memorial guards sphere. As a result was the adoption of a number of international ethical codes. Nowadays, the moral regulation of memorial guards' activity carries out with the help of the most unified codes. For example, codex of museum ethics by ICOM covers all kinds of museum and memorial protection activity. Also, the attention to this problem is dictated by the fact that museums and memorial protection establishments are increasingly commercialized in the modern world. They pass to self-sufficiency and inclusion in the global system of tourism and recreation. Life gives us new challenges for the moral and ethical regulation of museum association.
