Abstrakt:	The article presents a case study of an 87-year-old female patient who was required treatment for a non-healing chronic venous leg ulcer, and it mentions self-treatment by the older patient, her ankle brachial pressure indices (ABPIs), and four-layer compression bandaging. A Staphylococcus aureus infection is addressed, along with bioburden reduction and the therapeutic use of an UrgoClean Ag topical antimicrobial dressing.
