Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 70-year-old man who was presented with years of progressive proptosis of the left eye and mild diplopia on far gaze. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were suggestive of a large multiloculated mucocele within the sphenoid sinus, and a large lobulated cystic mass was confirmed. An endoscopic endonasal approach identified the site of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak, and pseudomeningocele was observed for treatment.
