The article presents a case study of 17-year-old female patient with complaint of the appearance of her discolored teeth and patient reported pain during mastication and speech clarity impairment. The patient presented an excessive gingival display and composite restoration and prosthodontic treatment, orthodontic brackets were placed in the maxilla to enhance the canine eruption. It mentions radiographic examination revealed missing enamel and restorations with secondary caries. |
