INTEGRATIVE MODEL OF INTERACTIVE TRAINING AT THE HIGHER SCHOOL.

Abstrakt: Background: The priority direction of modern Russian education is orientation to the humanistic nature of training. In the center of educational system there is a spirituality. Spirituality of the personality - the highest step of intellectual and moral development of the person. A key element of the humanistic direction in pedagogics and psychology is the theory of self-actualization. Self-actualization assumes education of such qualities of the personality as ability to take the responsibility, creativity, reflexivity, ability to work in collective and readiness for further self-development and self-improvement. Methods: Authors of article consider that the basis of formation of self-actualization of students is made by integration of the professional environment and interactive models of training and modern information technologies. Interactive training assumes creation of special space of interaction in the course of training: the teacher and students actively joins in collective search of the truth; students state and to reason the point of view; students validly defends the position; communicative approach to training. Results: Authors to become have developed integrative model of interactive training at the higher school at the external level and internal level. Have developed and have experimentally checked the concept of interactive training at the higher school directed to self-actualization of the identity of students. Authors of article have developed educational and methodical handbooks on mathematics for support of interactive training in the higher school. Conclusions:.High level of self-actualization of the personality in the course of training at the higher school is reached at pedagogical interaction and integration of interactive training and information technologies: dialogical interaction and contextual contents and computer tutorials.
