Technical museums all over the world become one of the most important museum institutions more and more. Unfortunately, in Ukraine there is no modern technical museum of national level. However there is a system of less sufficient technical museums, both state, and open at the various enterprises and the establishments. These museums carry out essential social function of acquaintance with technical sphere of material culture.
