In the late nineteenth century scientists of Ukraine begin to study the phenomenon of history like Haydamachyna. And P. Kulish keep tryed to understood this fact in his work «Painted Haydamachyna». In that paper, the author gives a description of haydamatstvo, and try to tell to common causes and emphasizes that content. In the submitted article focuses on the importance of ideas in visions of P. Kulish, and the possibility of their practical use in modern historical scholarship. And in this article We filed characterization and analysis of the ideological part of the original «Painted Haydamachyna», and showed features of perception of this phenomenon Kulish Ukrainian historical reality.
