The separating system of drop-wires is introduced, including a feeding guide, a separating mechanism, a grasping mechanism, a detecting mechanism and a distributing mechanism. The electrical system contains Q03UDECPU, QD75P4N, QD62E, servo motors, encoders, sensors, cylinders and other components. The results show that the system is stable, high efficiency, which can greatly improve the production efficiency of warp-thread drawing-in, and reduce the intensity of operators.
