Abstrakt:	The article describes the case of an eight-year-old girl admitted to a hospital with complaints of right ear pain, right leg pain, left arm pain, and fever after a week of worsening symptoms. Case highlights include the patient's vital signs on admission, her albumin rate in the admitting hospital, and bone marrow biopsy required for definitive diagnosis.
