Abstrakt:	The article describes the minimal invasive spine surgery conducted on a 58-year-old woman with progressive low back pain and a L5 radiculopathy for the revision of a formerly minimal invasive instrumentation and pedicle subtraction osteotomy (PSO) of kyphoscoliotic deformity. Topics covered include posttraumatic kyphosis after L1 kyphoplasty and steps of the surgery for the revision and extension for posterior percutaneous instrumentation, posterior release and interbody lumbar fusion.
