Abstrakt: The article discusses raw footage of Jane Goodall shot in Tanzania's Gombe wilderness and the Serengeti plains in 1962 by wildlife photographer Hugo van Lawick in documentarian Brett Morgen's "Jane" film. Topics discussed include contemporary interviews shot by Ellen Kuras to create a portrait of Goodall, work of editor Joe Beshenkovsky with archival producer Jessica Berman-Bogdan and Morgen's approach to color.
