Abstrakt: Using Fourier- and wavelet-analysis, a cyclic non-stationary process in the temperature series of 134 years for Yakutsk meteorological station is exhibited. A sustainable lag of 1/4 of the period of the annual temperature anomalies behind the 11-year cycle anomalies of solar activity in Yakutsk is established. An algorithm for obtaining climatological information for the development of mathematical models of long-term climate forecast is proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
