| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the potential of 3D printing use in gynecologic preoperative surgery planning in some settings. Topics covered include possible medical applications in printing of surgical instruments, organ scaffolds, prostheses, and complex organ reconstruction for perioperative purposes, and the possible beneficial support of 3D printing for deep infiltrating endometriosis to established preoperative imaging modalities. Also noted are the steps in a 3D printing workflow. |
