Abstrakt: | The article discusses medical malpractice cases on misinformed consent given to patients. Topics include are information on the case Brady v. Urbas which deals with informed consent by patients, the courts ruling on informed consent cases, and the surgical complications to be tackled by a podiatrist. Information is also presented on the patient possibly acquiring peroneal nerve injury by informed consent. |
