Abstrakt: Reports on the case of a 29-year-old man with acute renal failure due to bilateral lymphoma infiltration by non-Hodgkin's high-grade lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell type. Percutaneous biopsy of the kidney; Image showing maximum intensity projection of the coronal images of an initial fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDP-PET) scan and an FDG-PET scan after four cycles of R-ACVBP chemotherapy; Normalization after four months of treatment.
