Abstrakt:	Key Clinical Message Systemic treatment of Medullary thyroid carcinoma ( MTC) is currently limited to the use of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Cytotoxic chemotherapy is not routinely recommended in the earlier lines of treatment due to the lack of efficacy.
