Contemporary Germany and Denial: Is 'Nazism' All there is to Say?

Abstrakt: The article explores the contemporary denial of accusations against the Nazi. The German government is facing restitution claims of Nazi-persecution victims against Swiss banks, German companies and U.S. subsidiaries. Germany also receive compensation claims German companies and Jewish claims for the return of pillaged art. Also discussed is the continuing necessity of critical engagement with the Nazi past.
