Abstrakt:	A conflict between a shipowner and a marine manager is resolved using the methodological apparatus of game theory. Strategies of behaviors of the players (the shipowner and manager) are presented based on which payoff matrixes are formed that promote making decisions providing stable and efficient interaction.
