Abstrakt: Indicator-based assessment of information links between science and technology is considered. Link indicators are defined as a number or matrix of numerical values that characterize the intensity and various aspects of the knowledge transfer from different research areas to the technological area. A description of primary information resources used to determine these indicator values, including full-text patent specifications, is given. A description of secondary information resources generated in the process of full-text specification, including reference links on scientific publications cited in the specifications, is represented. Initial and secondary resources are used to create and test an indicator-based information model for the assessment of science and technology links, on whose basis the integral and subject indicator values of the scientific knowledge rate of transfer to the information technology are determined.
