Fibroma is a benign tumour of fibrous connective tissue that can be considered a reactionary connective tissue hyperplasia in response to trauma and irritation. They may occur at any oral site but it is seen most often on the buccal mucosa along the plane of occlusion. It is round to ovoid, asymptomatic, smooth-surfaced, firm, sessile or pedunculated mass, the diameter of which may vary from 1 to 2 cm. Conventional treatment is conservative surgical excision which is traditionally carried out by scalpel blade because of its ease of use and proven success since centuries. However, the need for haemostasis led to the widespread evolution of other alternative tools like the radio-surgery, lasers etc. We present a case series (10 cases) of fibroma's located at various anatomical sites in oral cavity. We excised each of them by radiosurgery (tissue contouring system; TCS II). The merits and demerits of this technological innovation in soft tissue management have also been discussed.
