The article discusses the authors' views on dengue diagnostics and their application for dengue surveillance in countries where the CYD-TDV vaccine has been implemented. The authors discuss the limitations of dengue diagnostics, techniques for flavivirus antibody detection, and an algorithm of dengue diagnostic testing after CYD-TDV dengue vaccine implementation in countries with a high burden of dengue. |
