Abstrakt:	The technique of synthesis of 2,3,5-trimethyl-1,4-benzoquinon via catalytic oxidation of 2,3,6-trimethylphenol in HO-HO-PhCH system with vibrational stirring is developed. Xerogels TiO and TiO-SiO were used as catalysts in the process. The effect of physicochemical properties of xerogels on the course and characteristics of oxidation is studied. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
