Abstrakt: Considerable entrepreneurship literature examines the antecedents of entrepreneurial intentions as a means of predicting entrepreneurial activity among potential entrepreneurs. We argue that the theoretical and practical value of this body of research hinges on the temporal stability of the attitudinal and intentional constructs used, which has not been studied to date. Findings from our approximate four-year longitudinal study of entrepreneurial attitudes and intentions stability have implications for interpreting extant entrepreneurial literature and for policy and practice related to nascent entrepreneurship development and support.
