The author conveys his concerns on large movements of refugees and migrants and the adoption of the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants. Topics mentioned include the estimated number of international migrants at the end of 2015, a strategy adopted by the World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Committee for Europe for refugee and migrant health, and the decision of the WHO Executive Board to prepare a draft framework of priorities for migration and health. |
