The article focuses on exploration into the effects of public service motivation in predicting decision making of reentry workers in the management of released offenders. It mentions reentry managers with higher public service motivation scores will be inclined to take an assistance-oriented approach with released offenders. It also mentions reentry managers usually consist of probation and parole officers, social workers and substance abuse counselors. |
