The article presents a case study of a 22-year-old man presented with slowly progressive decrease in vision. It mentions swept source optical coherence tomography showed absence of ellipsoid layer and external limiting membrane corresponding to the bull's eye lesion in the macula and blue arrows mark area of absent external limiting membrane. It also mentions association of cone-rod dystrophy with Mizuo-Nakamura phenomenon with multimodal imaging. |
