Abstrakt: This article aims to determine factors affecting the level of financial well-being of married workers in the public sector, Malaysia. Quantitative design using the survey method was applied in this research. Research sample is comprised of married workers in the public sector, which is focusing on workers who are in the dual-income family. The unit of analysis is the individual, either husband or wife. A total of 415 respondents participated in this research. Multiple Regression was employed to identify determining factors in the level of financial well-being. The results show that age, monthly income, home ownership, numbers of financial product, income distribution to family, financial behavior and husband's financial decision making has relation to the level of financial well-being of married workers in dual-income families.
