Abstrakt:	The article offers information on the Downtown Community Television (DCTV) which was founded in 1972 by Jon Alpert and Keiko Tsuno. It mentions the DCTV's exhibition "Is This Music?" was based on Tsuno's and Alpert's experimental video art and media practices. It also mentions DCTV works were also shown on public television through David Loxton's Television (TV) Lab program Video and Television Review (VTR) airing on WNET/Thirteen.
