The article presents a brief profile of author and chef Julia Sherman who turned salad into art. Sherman says salad is full of things like bacon, cheese and avocado. She spent the past five years turning salad-making into a creative practice. She began documenting the salads she made while interviewing artists and thinkers about their creative lives in 2012. |
