The article focuses on the transformation of aquaculture industry in Malaysia. Topics discussed include the status of aquaculture as of 2015 such as the production of marine finfish and marine shrimp and the local demand of Clarias and Pangasius catfish, government support for aquaculture development and opportunities and challenges such as investment in infrastructure and trans-boundary aquatic animal diseases. |
