The article focuses on chemical identification of the subvisible offending particulate that are present in a sterile Ophthalmic Solution through a forensic microscopy approach. Also includes information on usage of power polarized light microscopy testing for testing, inspection of the samples through visual and low-power stereomicroscopy and mentions the formation of particles in the travoprost formulation of hydroxystearic acid. |
